Workshop & Event ScheduleHooping is a fantastic, low impact workout and it's tons of fun as well! Join Susan for this workshop where you'll build and decorate your own custom fitness hoop, then learn some great tips and fun moves you can do at home to tone your tummy and get a great fat burning cardio workout. All materials and supplies are included in the registration fee. This is a perfect mother/daughter activity, and all ages of women and girls are welcome.

This is a (mostly) non-strip workshop where you'll learn a full choreographed pole dance routine. Best of all, you don't need any pole dancing experience as there are options for both newcomers and more experienced students
Unbelievably fun, incredibly empowering! Bring a girlfriend for best results, as you'll definitely want to talk about this one for months to come. Wear something pretty under a top that can be pulled over your head (if you'd like the strip version). Choreography notes are even provided for practice at home!

Remember Michael Jackson's Thriller dance? Now's your chance to try it out, or dust it off and give it another shot! Gina will remind you how to walk like a zombie, while getting a great dance workout and getting your "thrill" on. This no-strip workshop will focus on building your dancing skills and testing your brain. AND, once you've learned the dance you can come join the party, "Thrill The World," when everyone will be dancing in tribute to the Kind of Pop!
