Many of our classes are suitable for people of different fitness levels, as modifications and variations are taught and/or longer rest intervals can be taken. These classes are indicated by a range of numbers, ie 1-3; 2-3.
Most people who are new to fitness will find this class appropriate.
Most people who are of average fitness level will find this class appropriate.
Most people who are of above average fitness level will find this class appropriate.
You are welcome to attend a class with a lower rating than your current fitness level, but we do not recommend attending classes that are above your current fitness level without first consulting with the instructor.
Remember that you know yourself best and you are the best judge of how your body feels on any given day. We want you to have fun and play at an appropriate level so that you'll continue to enjoy your classes. If you're sick or injured, please listen to your body and adjust your workout accordingly, or take a day off.
Our professional instructors are always ready to provide modifications if needed, so be sure to let us know if you need some assistance with this.
