Welcome! We're excited to have you join us! We want to make sure your registration goes quickly and smoothly. To help us do this, please review the following information so you know what to expect. We're looking forward to seeing you in class!
If you're taking a class with us for the very first time, we'll need you to fill out some standard paperwork, so please arrive early to your first class. Your paperwork includes a registration form and waiver, and a PAR-Q form that helps us understand any injuries or risk factors you might have so we can take them into consideration. Please take your time to read these forms over so you'll understand what you're signing. We'll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
You'll only need to fill out this paperwork once, and if you've previously taken a class at our former location in Harewood, you won't need to do any more paperwork as long as we still have you in our system.
If you are a MINOR (under the age of 19 in B.C.) you MUST have a parent or legal guardian complete our minor waiver on your behalf.
Please check our class descriptions so you'll know what to wear/bring to class. We always recommend bringing water to drink, and some classes require a mat or specific footwear such as running shoes. We do have rental mats if you forget yours though, so not to worry!
Please note that payment is due at the time of registration, in order to reserve your spot. You can prepay easily via Paypal (just click the appropriate button beside the class you're signing up for), by mailing a cheque along with your registration request, or by arranging a time to stop by the studio to register.
Since the studio is located in a residential setting, we do ask that you call or email us first, to be sure someone will be here when you plan to come. If you wait until the first day of class to register, not only will the process take longer, but we can't guarantee there will be room in the class you want. Be smart, plan ahead!
