Our custom fitness classes are the perfect solution to your hectic life. Now you can get exactly what you want, when you want, with whomever you want! It's simple...
First: Choose your class or workshop. Select from the list below, or consult with Susan to design your own.
Next: Decide how long you want the class to be, how often, what days and times, and your session length. You'll also need to know how many people will be attending if you're organizing a group session. Or you can sign up for what you want and let us try to match you with others looking for the same thing.
Finally: Email Susan to discuss your needs and set up your class schedule.

The cost of your custom class will depend on a number of factors, such as:
- how many class sessions you'd like
- how many people attend with you
- how much time you book for your class or workshop
- the type of class - some require more prep time than others
In general, the more people you have sharing your class, the lower the cost per person. Custom classes can be done for as few as 3 people, up to a maximum of 8-10 depending on the type of class.
We'll be happy to provide a free, no obligation quote on the custom fitness class of your choice.
We also offer private and semi-private lessons for one or two people.
All of our regular classes are available as Custom Classes, and there are many more options to choose from as well. If you don't see what you want below, just ask and we'll let you know if it's something we can do!
