While the rumours are certainly true that we're quite possibly the most fun place to get your daily dose of fitness in the entire city (dare we say the whole of Vancouver Island?!), we're about way more than dance poles, hula hoops, sexy chairs and steamy salsa music.
Our new strength training area is designed to complement our dance and fitness classes and offers a variety of non-standard workout equipment like poles, balls, body bars and more. Still no barbells, no machines and no boys allowed, but now you can have as much fun with your strength training program as you do in class. And if you need some help designing a program or sticking to it, be sure to ask about our personal training or fitness coaching services.
Check out our boutique if you're in the mood for a bit of shopping, whether for yourself or a friend. You can pick up a fitness hoop, a dance pole, books and DVDs, as well as t-shirts, fitness wear, lingerie and all natural body care products.
Looking for that perfect gift? A Soul Sister class card or a gift certificate is just what you need. Available for any class, product or service we offer, or any amount you choose, these are a great choice for birthdays, anniversaries, mother's day, or a "just because you're my girlfriend" gift.
Our lounge offers a comfortable place to relax before or after class, or just for visiting with a friend anytime. Oh and by the way, the men in your life are more than welcome to join you in our lounge area, whether you're meeting up after class or are just looking for a few quiet moments to chat.
There's no doubt that our Pole Dancing Parties are one of the best ways to celebrate a birthday, stagette or other special occasion with the girls. We offer both studio and in home parties that include everything from a champagne toast to start things off, to goody bags for everyone at the end of the night. So much fun!
We also offer regular workshops and presentations on a wide variety of topics, from specialty dance and striptease to healthy aging, fitness nutrition and self-esteem. Our Girls' Nights Out charity fundraisers are very popular, with a different theme each time. You might find us playing Pole Dance Trivia, living it up at a flannel pajama party, or enjoying a pampering spa night. After all, it's all about the fun factor!
To top it all off, we offer bright, clean changerooms with showers and hairdryers, mat and towel rental, and even a child minding room so you can enjoy a class, spa service, or just some time alone in the coffee lounge without having to worry about your little ones.
